Reading Rainbow

Yes, I know this isn’t Disney, but we aren’t going to miss acknowledging the 40th anniversary of Reading Rainbow!

Reading Rainbow first aired July 11, 1983. Along with instilling a love of reading in so many kids, the show also gave us a wonderful, memorable theme song. The theme was written by Steve Horelick, Dennis Neil Kleinman, and Janet Weir and performed by Tina Fabrique.
